I have two of these running in my kitchen and my living room is right next to it. In fact I can hear the bubbles from the water more than the pump itself. The first time I ordered this product, it did not work properly. A white tail deer can hear a whisper 75 yards away! I'd say this pump would be loud if it were used in the same room as you. I really am impressed with this air pump! 5 Watts, Fusion 700 rated at 6 watts,Whisper 300 rated at 7.

I have it running 8 different sponge filters at high rate! Not to mention tank depth, etc becomes a factor. Works well in my 75 gal tank running a 36 inch bubble stick! The motor was working but air was not moving. I have it running on 55g with 2 sponge filters for my Axolotl tank. Ordered this air pump to replace one of my other pumps and the difference is amazing. So I completely disassembled the sponge holder.

This pump cost a bit more than the small quite ones but is way more powerful. I hung it so its not touching anything. Its been on 24 hours a day for about 5 days. Just bought and started using it a few days ago. Don't be startled if you test it without oxygen tubes, It is Very noisy! I own Whisper 10, 150, 300, Eheim 400, and Fusion 700. Before the fan, it was to hot to even hold!

Ordered this air pump to replace one of my other pumps and the difference is amazing. I'd say this pump would be loud if it were used in the same room as you. The current from the bubble wand is softer but its still a current. This air pump is quiet and well worth the price the listing is going for. I like these, great deal for the price. I have 3 of them on different surfaces. I use this on a 5-way valve for a 75 gallon tank.

One of the best pump design I've own. It pumps out enough air to keep millions of air bubbles going in this 200g+ Aquarium! The air being pumped out can be quite warm as well. Use large Air Stone Bars for giant columns of air bubbles. They don't even vibrate the old school plastic tank hanger mounts they sit on. You'd think this thing would stop working, but it didn’t! Works well in my 75 gal tank running a 36 inch bubble stick!

I was going to buy 3 small air pumps to power 9 sponge filters when I saw this pump. The pump works well when there is no defects. Its not going to vibrant on anything! I'd say this pump would be loud if it were used in the same room as you. This pump cost a bit more than the small quite ones but is way more powerful. The company made it right and took care of me. After nearly 5 months of use, it stop pumping air.

One of the best pump design I've own. The reviews sold me on this product but I was still skeptical​. And there are fixes around all of it. I'm sure it would run a much larger bubble stick also. This thing has plenty of power for my needs. The current from the circle is so strong circulation is not a issue! In fact I can hear the bubbles from the water more than the pump itself.

I currently have it in a closet to grow aquatic plants and brine shrimp. I couldn't even think to do my work. I'm using it for small start-up hydroponic system. For a solid working, quiet pump, this is about as good as it gets. The motor was working but air was not moving. It has one air outlet so i used a spliter& ran a tube to each end of bubbler. It just sounds like a large freezer.
