"Lots of spare blades."It is way overkill for that small tank but I get the job done very quick. The rake came in handy to smooth the gravel after the gravel cleaning. I have used the scrapper and it removed the algae from my tank's glass very easily. Don't bother with the other brands. The net of this set is a little small for my uses. But since no directions come, I thought I might mention it. I bought this based on reviews and sure enough it took care of the algae with ease.

"My back thanks you."The quality of the product is better than I had expected for the price. The head of the scrapper has no sharp or hard edges to scratch the glass. If you are too close to the top water will splash. Great for the price as I was not expecting something extremely heavy duty. It is way overkill for that small tank but I get the job done very quick. When this one wears out, I will replace it with the same brand. The pipe cleaner attachment was very helpful in getting inside the UGF.

"Very pleased."It is very handy for keeping my 30-gal freshwater aquarium clean. I ordered different replacement blades to use instead. Or my white bubbler across the back of my tank without this scraper. The magnet is stronger and best of all it finally floats to the surface. "No flimsy garbage."I have two aquariums, a 49 gallon tank and a 10 gallon tank. I've used this tool a couple of times now cleaning the glass on my 125gal tank. I have used the scrapper and it removed the algae from my tank's glass very easily. I bought this based on reviews and sure enough it took care of the algae with ease. I found the key to keeping the algae under control is to clean the glass regularly. Works way better than the Mag-Float I was using. "Would buy again."Interchangeable pads and a water release for the rod. I have a redsea 170 that is only about 35 gallons. The one hassle to this scraper is that mounting the blade can be very tricky. Small and inconspicuous in the tank. Keeps my aquarium looking crystal clean. It is very easy to swap the heads with very convenient locking system. This cleaning tool set has been working wonderfully.

"It is metal, after all."It works great for my tank, you may want to get a bigger pad for larger tanks. Or my white bubbler across the back of my tank without this scraper. I was surprised at how heavy and well built this is. The only down side would be that the main section that holds the blade is a bit long. Use them both every day and have zero problems with it. My only gripe is that the blade is not replaceable. If you are too close to the top water will splash.

"For me that is a risk."That piece makes getting the side walls a bit harder. I have 2 of these a Nano flipper for my EVO 13. Due to the tank being built in, it's very difficult to clean from the back. This set works great for the portrait marine land 5+ gallon kit glass tank. Hope this review helps a few hobbyists out there. I would have gone to the next size up to get the extra pressure on the inside glass. You have to squeeze the ends and the cover slides off and the razor blade is exposed.

I have a 55 gallon tank and this does a very good job removing algae from the glass. I don't have that worry with this scraper. That piece makes getting the side walls a bit harder. I have a 24 inch deep tank that requires I stand on a chair to get to the top. This set comes with acouple different cleaning tools.

"Couldn't do that before!"The telescoping handle is nice and makes cleaning deeper tanks a breeze. I have a 5-gallon fish tank with my beta in it. If you are too close to the top water will splash. If it was half the size and maybe came with two extenders then it would be better. I have bigger fish and the net is for smaller. Best aquarium cleaner if you ask me. I bought this size algae scrubber because I have a 13.
