The telescoping handle is nice and makes cleaning deeper tanks a breeze. I have a 5-gallon fish tank with my beta in it. If you are too close to the top water will splash. If it was half the size and maybe came with two extenders then it would be better. I have bigger fish and the net is for smaller. Best aquarium cleaner if you ask me. I bought this size algae scrubber because I have a 13.

Add in a gravel vac and you'd basically have a complete cleaning kit. My smaller aquarium has a back aside that the brush can easily clean. Everything is easy to put together and use. Dont have to get wet, its very long, about 33 inches at maximum extension. I have a fairly deep sand bed in my 90 gallon reef tank. This is a nice tool to have is you have an aquarium. A little more tomorrow and the next day and almost all the algae will be gone.

I placed it on the rod and cleaned the corners of my tank. The hole in some attachments must be a little bigger on some than others. That I haven't seen in any other tool set. Nano magnet is a little weak on 6 mm WaterBox, but still works fine. I was surprised at how heavy and well built this is. This aquarium scraper is so much better than the old one. The only down side would be that the main section that holds the blade is a bit long. This works significantly better than any handheld scraper I've ever owned. I've used this tool a couple of times now cleaning the glass on my 125gal tank. I placed it on the rod and cleaned the corners of my tank.

You don't need a lot of force, just patience. There are multiple attachments which gives options on what to clean with. This kit is great if you have pretty deep aquarium or shorter arms. If you wait months, it gets so thick and tough, it's very hard to remove. I bought this because I have flowerhorns and they bite. My smaller aquarium has a back aside that the brush can easily clean.
