The sock included is ok, I use a fine filter media bag because it's easier to clean. This tool helped me clean all the glass in about 2 mins. I am very pleased with this product! I would definitely recommend this product. Ignore the orang plastic clip that attaches to a bucket. Changing water and cleaning the tank is a joy now. I bought one of these by mistake and I am so eternally grateful for that mistake. I have to drag it across the tank and it fights me. I liked the idea of this product when I saw it, and decided to take a chance. It siphons the water out of the aquarium very quickly.

I would recommend this to my friends. It came with 2 attachments, a plastic one and a metal razor one. The only reason for the 4 starts instead of 5, no English directions. My 5 gallon pea puffer tank had some algae on the glass sides. The other attachment are great as well. Product arrived really quick and is packaged nicely. AQQA multifunctional vacuum cleaner makes its job absolutely well.

So after I received my replacement tool, i did a water change with it. I can reach my hand in, but it seems to stress her out. 5 gallons- it works amazingly well. I would definitely recommend this product. Hopefully my replacement works and I can change my review. This vac is incredible, a power stronger than most of the canisters and sump filters. The scrubber is identicle to the material used in velcro.

I am using this on a bare bottom tank. 5 hours even adding water back to tanks. I did add a hose from an old gravel cleaner to reach my bucket. Had a minor issue which their service department addressed immediately. Works very well to clean algae from the glass. Gets under decorations between plants and in corners.
