It was a bit too wide for my tank, so I cut it a bit and it's perfect. No it doesnt come with the suction cups. Got it for my bettas fish,male and female. However, keep in mind this tank divider does not fit just ANY 10 gallon! The divider itself works very well and seems sturdy. I got this so I could put two male bettas in a tank. They can see each other but they can't fight.

It worked well in my very small 12 gallon show tank. It is a thick sturdy plastic, and the suction power is strong. Don't think so, unless it’s not in water. It worked well in my very small 12 gallon show tank. This is a great option for keeping two bettas in the same tank! It assembled quickly and painlessly. Only for betta fish since I own them.

I got this so I could put two male bettas in a tank. I did have to bury the bottom in about an inch or so of gravel to keep it in place. I uploaded a video to demonstrate the barrier in action xD. This fit PERFECTLY in our 75 gallon aquarium. I did have to bury the bottom in about an inch or so of gravel to keep it in place. Very sturdy, has clips on the sides to keep in place. Make sure it is tight and smooth on the sides of the tank.

It is thick, well made and a great addition if you have the tank they specified. I would much rather be able to see my whole tank the rest of the day. It is easy to install but, careful not to lose anything. Perfect fit, easy to install, and ideal design. I'll keep it for separating parts of my tank as I plant new areas but not for fry. You can customize the to whichever size you like and the suctions are great. Not sure I would recommend it for fry however.

I'm separating male and female cichlids. I know Betta fish are aggressive, so they must be separated. Description says if they dont go together use zip ties. Very good divider for my 20 gal long freshwater aquarium. This fit PERFECTLY in our 75 gallon aquarium. It dose have good flow between the tanks. It keeps the boys from being able to see each other.

So I dont need the suction cups even though I'm glad I have them. Very few problems just a couple things to keep in mind when buying. Second- Do not recommend for bettas or small fish! Take it from us— follow the instructions about what type to use! Actually adds additional filtration I think. This was clear, easy to install, and well made. It assembled quickly and painlessly.

I know Betta fish are aggressive, so they must be separated. And now I know they are getting enough to eat. The divider itself works very well and seems sturdy. Second- Do not recommend for bettas or small fish! It worked well in my very small 12 gallon show tank. Only because of that reviewer, I was able to use them the way I intended. If you have the divider in the gravel it will not meet the top of the tank. It was a bit too wide for my tank, so I cut it a bit and it's perfect. Only reason I took a star off was the price. Make sure you read the instructions and have the right type of aquarium!

Look closely at the slight taper in the connections to see which way to insert them. The fry didn't understand so they swam through the sides. I had ordered 3 others before this one. Very good divider for my 20 gal long freshwater aquarium. You can also cut it down to the size of your tank, which was not too difficult to do. I know Betta fish are aggressive, so they must be separated. And now I know they are getting enough to eat.
