The only con is that it's see through. The first time we tried using this, we cracked an empty one. And if you fill your tank very full with water they can swim over the divider. This was clear, easy to install, and well made. However, keep in mind this tank divider does not fit just ANY 10 gallon! They can see each other but they can't fight. Small, skinny betta can go through those.

They look like the edging that's on the tanks, so it's as attractive as possible. And now I know they are getting enough to eat. It was slightly long so I had to trim off the bottom edge to make it fit. No matter what size betta I put I know it won't go through the divider. And since it has been working ok, I decided to change the review to 4 star. It keeps the boys from being able to see each other. Divider works well for our two Bettas that share a 10 gallon aquarium.

Perfect fit, easy to install, and ideal design. The divider itself works very well and seems sturdy. I bought these clear suction cups separately. You need to use a mallet to connect the panels together. I will be buying more of this I recommend them 100%. If you have the divider in the gravel it will not meet the top of the tank. This product is one that I would be really sad to see disappear.

My dog can use her indoor potty and keep clean and dry above the pad. Not sure I would recommend it for fry however. I used this product to divide my 10gallon tank. It comes in clear so I had to rough up both sides to make it opaque. Would recommend two smaller filters on either side to help water flow. Description says if they dont go together use zip ties. Perfect fit, easy to install, and ideal design.

Overall this has done the job I've needed to. I also found out small fish can easily swim between the gaps on the sides. Divider works well for our two Bettas that share a 10 gallon aquarium. And I've been in the hobby a long time! We have four South American cichlids that do not live in harmony together. I created an inexpensive portable indoor potty for my little dog. And I've been in the hobby a long time!

It was a bit too wide for my tank, so I cut it a bit and it's perfect. No it doesnt come with the suction cups. Got it for my bettas fish,male and female. However, keep in mind this tank divider does not fit just ANY 10 gallon! The divider itself works very well and seems sturdy. I got this so I could put two male bettas in a tank. They can see each other but they can't fight.

The holes are smaller than some other similar dividers, which is why I chose these. It was a bit too wide for my tank, so I cut it a bit and it's perfect. Overall this has done the job I've needed to. It is a thick sturdy plastic, and the suction power is strong. The female is on the larger side with her babies. It's good for what I needed it for. I have it in a divided ten gallon with two bettas.

My betta fish even got in fights 3 times because the went through them. The fry didn't understand so they swam through the sides. This worked perfectly for my 55 gallon aquarium. I actually like how tight it fits so it won't get dislocated accidentally. It comes with MANY suction cups and attachments. I'm separating male and female cichlids. If you have the divider in the gravel it will not meet the top of the tank.

I got this so I could put two male bettas in a tank. I did have to bury the bottom in about an inch or so of gravel to keep it in place. I uploaded a video to demonstrate the barrier in action xD. This fit PERFECTLY in our 75 gallon aquarium. I did have to bury the bottom in about an inch or so of gravel to keep it in place. Very sturdy, has clips on the sides to keep in place. Make sure it is tight and smooth on the sides of the tank.
