"No floaters."

The quality is really good and it looked really pretty sitting in my empty tank. I then soaked it in a bucket overnight with hot water. You roll the dice and don't know what you're going to get. My filter should take care of any water discoloration from this driftwood. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product. EDIT, boiled the wood for 2 hours and they sank. I then left it in cold water doing an occasional change for almost 2 weeks.

I recieved a Fluval Mopani Driftwood. Based on other reviews some things are certain. I have a newly established tank for my Green Spotted puffers. Was skeptical at first but not bad! This alone will not drop it to the low numbers some fish need. I boiled mine for two hours and the water was almost black. Hopefully in a little while they will sink.

It comes in black, which gives drama to the hardscape. Also, there is some versatility with this product. Make sure you boil the item before adding to your set up. I've now ordered 2 large and 2 medium. All pieces were nice size for my 5 gallon tank. The ones I received were five pieces of mopani. The stone bottom helps it not float but I still had to anchor.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have a newly established tank for my Green Spotted puffers. I really got lucky with the one that was chosen as it's perfect for my display. It provides a decent, natural-looking refuge for smaller fish and other creatures. Should have soaked it longer but oh well hopefully it will clear up soon. The water was clear enough for me to use. I was originally going to buy the black version, but it sold out before I could.

My shrimp and fish love it plus it looks great in the tank. I bought three of these and all three are only 11 inches long at their longest edge. If you have a small tank this is a problem. Overall, if you need a few smaller pieces of wood, this should work for you. Unfortunately, these give off a ton of tannins. I left it to soak in tap water at room temperature while I sat up my aquarium. Overall, if you need a few smaller pieces of wood, this should work for you.

We wanted something simple& classy for our aquarium& this really fit the bill! It's a lottery when buying driftwood online. Overall, if you need a few smaller pieces of wood, this should work for you. But up close it is obvious where the branches connect and makes it look fake. Boiled them for several hours then let dry in the full sun. This alone will not drop it to the low numbers some fish need. It even had small branches correctly located to do my mount!

"I lucked out."

I have another 5 Gallon Marine and Portrait to setup. I then left it in cold water doing an occasional change for almost 2 weeks. I rinsed the drift wood several times. The first is you won't know what you have until it comes. Gave a very realistic look to my 10 gallon tank. I like aquariums to be and look as realistic as possible. I am going to boil it tomorrow and then let it sit in water until the tank comes.

All pieces were nice size for my 5 gallon tank. The branches need to be securely assembled to avoid them coming loose and floating. It comes from a reliable company and is very pretty to look at. I ordered the Large Piece and it's about 17 inches Long. It blends wonderfully with my other natural decor. I was originally going to buy the black version, but it sold out before I could.
