"They do the job well!"It made no sense why one was ten and the other was twenty. It was a struggle to keep the water clear before i got the goldfish. It eventually begins to decompose into ammonia which is harmful to your fish. Right now I am letting the filter work it's magic. The Tetra Medium bio-bag slip easily on an original Top Fin plastic holder. Also work great as filler for canisters and other filters. "I would buy it again."I have a Top Fin 10 power filter and these cartridges fit perfectly. It was nicely packaged and is a high quality filter material. Also work great as filler for canisters and other filters. Just be super careful with the tubes! Don't shut it off for more than a few minutes at a time. I use two layers of floss before the water goes to and through my chemical media. The injection molding for the plastics leave a lot to be desired.

"Works well."The main part is cleaning, that I need to find out. I can now afford to change all my filters at a fraction of the cost. The more you overpopulate your tank, the more frequently you'll have to do this. The filters fit fine and I was happy to see that some carbon packs were included. We use this product to the extreme. It made no sense why one was ten and the other was twenty. Nitrates in small doses are not as harmful to the fish as Ammonia.

"It's amazing."Does the job and price was less or at least same as big retailers. I just changed it today and the water is crystal clear-- no problems. Because they are the smart thing to do when you keep aquariums. I have been buying these bags for years. I use this in my filter for aquarium 55 gal. Make sure to select the Medium size from Tetra. You will also need to replace their rechargeable batteries about every 2 years or so.

I had to take a blade and run it through all the slats because the factory doesnt q. My tank is 12x36 so I utilized 3 of the panels. Small amounts of these bubbles can also help oxygenate the water over time. It includes 12 mesh filter bags& 12 packets of charcoal. Because they are the smart thing to do when you keep aquariums.

"48 the decision is easy."For obvious reasons, don't put them directly above or below a tank. Just be careful punching out the plastic. A great addition to the filtration system. Have been using this product for few month for my planted tank. Most plants won't like the highly oxygenated gravel and will die. The foam is not coarse as illustrated; it's finer and denser. The more you overpopulate your tank, the more frequently you'll have to do this.

"I bought the 6ft roll."If you have a nano tank with filter these would be perfect for that setup. I was having a problem with tiny fish getting sucked into the inlets. Small amounts of these bubbles can also help oxygenate the water over time. Fun to modify your filter and clean tank as well. I end up cutting a small 2x3 inch square for each of my media baskets. This is a lot of filter pad for your money. You can run everything on battery backup sockets.

"Great product."The measurements are about 9 cm long x 4 cm wide and the hole is about 2 cm. But if you don't weekly vacuum it up, it will eventually clog the filter. Have been using this product for few month for my planted tank. Any floating debri will get caught in a sponge intake on the reverse power head kit. Don't restrict air-flow around them as they do get quite warm. Works well for my low flow Aquaclear 20. I have been using an Aquaclear 50 on a 20g long planted tank.

"This will last me awhile."The material is a soft and not abrasive at all. Did all of mine The same, never ripped a one and they all fit like a glove. This is a lot of filter pad for your money. "I'm a client for life."I use this in my filter for aquarium 55 gal. Once you do have everything it's a good running system. Keep your stocking of creatures low. I have a Top Fin 10 power filter and these cartridges fit perfectly. Also work great as filler for canisters and other filters. The filters fit fine and I was happy to see that some carbon packs were included. And provide a few low current areas in the tank for fish who are stressed to rest.

"This is a great product."I will update more pictures later, once the water isnt cloudy. I replace my filter material in my IM Nuvo 20 reef tank every week. Stop buying those expensive filters, buy this and make your own. The UG is certainly no exception to that. This improves flow and prolongs time between cleaning. These work great as pre filter sponge on my quiet flow 10. I was having a problem with tiny fish getting sucked into the inlets.

"And it WAS a problem."Just be careful punching out the plastic. I also suppose my measuring tape may be off, but I would not think so. Lets start with the amount of filter material you get. Especially if you have a take with shrimp or baby fish. The measurements are about 9 cm long x 4 cm wide and the hole is about 2 cm. I use this in my filter for aquarium 55 gal. But a small simple rubber band fixed the issue quickly.

"Good quality."Plenty strong to support the rocks and gravel in my tank without sagging. Just be super careful with the tubes! It made no sense why one was ten and the other was twenty. You can run everything on battery backup sockets. The first piece does get a bit dirty and usually only lasts a week. I change my filters once a month, so the 12 pack lasts me a year! I replace my filter material in my IM Nuvo 20 reef tank every week.

"They work very well."Fill with the supplied carbon and voila. Don't believe people who tell you they are dangerous for your tank. Fish that are constantly swimming hard will tire and die from stress. In 20 gallon and under sized tanks these start becoming feasible primary filters. It was exactly what I needed and fit beautifully. They are easy to clean but are very small. If you don't know much about this just google it.
