I can now afford to change all my filters at a fraction of the cost. It comes with carbon filters, and air stones. I rinsed and reuse same pad again 3 times and trashed later. I will always buy these here on Amazon for the price savings. That's a long time if you knew how nasty that many shrimp and minnows can be! Plenty strong to support the rocks and gravel in my tank without sagging. I had to take a blade and run it through all the slats because the factory doesnt q.

Make sure to select the Medium size from Tetra. I even used some in my Fluval 206 canister filter on my freshwater tank. I missed it in my opinion these filters are a must have. Keep your stocking of creatures low. Better than branded media filters cartridges. We rinse the filters 2x a day and they remain in continuous 24 hour operation. I use two layers of floss before the water goes to and through my chemical media.

For obvious reasons, don't put them directly above or below a tank. Why not save some money to put towards more fish or supplies. Stop buying those expensive filters, buy this and make your own. Fun to modify your filter and clean tank as well. I will be using Koral Filter material from now on. Don't believe people who tell you they are dangerous for your tank. Replace prefilter on pump inlet while filter is running.

Why not save some money to put towards more fish or supplies. The injection molding for the plastics leave a lot to be desired. This is a lot of filter pad for your money. Fill with the supplied carbon and voila. I'm using this pad to HOB filters AC70 bottom and top of it’s sponge. Don't believe people who tell you they are dangerous for your tank. Just be super careful with the tubes!

The material is a soft and not abrasive at all. Any floating debri will get caught in a sponge intake on the reverse power head kit. Just be super careful with the tubes! Lets start with the amount of filter material you get. I have a Top Fin 10 power filter and these cartridges fit perfectly. I had to take a blade and run it through all the slats because the factory doesnt q. Never use live rooting plants with UG filters.

I've saved so much money since switching, plus my tank stays cleaner. The measurements are about 9 cm long x 4 cm wide and the hole is about 2 cm. If you have a nano tank with filter these would be perfect for that setup. I had a 90 gallon aquarium that I did not use an undergravel filter in. Just be careful punching out the plastic. It was easy to assemble and very effective! I was having a problem with tiny fish getting sucked into the inlets.

Did all of mine The same, never ripped a one and they all fit like a glove. Keep your stocking of creatures low. You get what you pay for but i had to work on it a lot. Just be super careful with the tubes! You get what you pay for but i had to work on it a lot. I can now afford to change all my filters at a fraction of the cost. We use this product to the extreme. Fish that are constantly swimming hard will tire and die from stress. I had a 90 gallon aquarium that I did not use an undergravel filter in. The other tank is an old AIO retro tank I have with a media rack in it. The filters fit fine and I was happy to see that some carbon packs were included. So stock your tanks a few fish at a time. It's a pain in the butt to put together the directions don’t do it that well. I have always had an undergravel filter and my aquariums. Particles fall off into the aquarium when you take them off to clean them. My pad collected yellow cloudy color also all waste.
