"Fantastic."

The vacuum power is amazingly strong, yet adjustable. I've done the siphon vacuum attempts with 3 different products. I've gone though dozens of aquarium cleaning gadgets and products over the years. The bucket clamp also doesn't work very well. I found that it's difficult to use. The last two pictures display the suction cup with its perforated screen inside it. It siphons the water out of the aquarium very quickly.

I liked the idea of this product when I saw it, and decided to take a chance. Definitely not for the common colored gravel found at pet stores. In saying this it's nice to not lift those heavy buckets to the top anymore. Do what I did, and do, and so many others have stated in their reviews. I have never cleaned the rocks or changed the water in my aquarium so effortlessly. Like I said can splice more hose on to reach to the outside or wherever. I only needed 2 pumps to get the flow going.

I just pump the water directly into my sump. Prolly also easier to use with larger hands. I lose about 5 gallons a week due to evaporation. If you have a HUGE tank, though, it will tank you a while. 20 gallon long also means more ADFs! If it isnt working for you, try without the micro pad in and do a great clean. It got clogged with a small plastic container that got caught in the disposal.

Cleaning a tank is the worst part of the fish owning process. Returned, but agreed to try another one. The assembly instructions for this unit are unquestionably clear and precise. Easy peasy and clean up is a breeze. I learned that the best control was to shorten the device as much as possible. Wasted an entire morning taking it apart, checking everything etc. If, like me, you can't get suction going on a low-tech vacuum, get this thing!

The hardest thing to do is wrap up the cord to store it after use. Ohh I also use it to add water to my system. Gets under decorations between plants and in corners. I have large fish and large fish make large poop! So I use the NICREW power vac in between water changes and it works great! Connections leak over time so I have to put some silicon joint while I join them. Product arrived really quick and is packaged nicely.

I wish i had bought this the first time. The filter loads up really fast, so it's not much good for recycling water cleaning. Suction is amazing and I don't have any issues. I also found that the angled attachment clogged way easy. You won't go wrong with this product. I did add a hose from an old gravel cleaner to reach my bucket. Product seems to be well made and should work a long time with reasonable care. With this 12 Volt aquarium cleaner that apprehension is eliminated. As you can see from the photo, it works great! I learned that the hose attachment was great at removing water from the tank.
