This is a powerful heater that holds temperature very well. The temperature difference was very minor. Or better yet, conceal it to the back corner. Product was received fast, works excellent! Checked the accuracy of the heater with an infrared thermometer. I left seller feedback yesterday but have yet to hear from the seller. The controller is easy to use, very accurate and reliable.

--The heater itself is a bit shorter if your tank is a short one. Easy enough to let it run all the time. I emailed the email it says to and told them. When i installed them, i let them sit in the tanks without power for 6-24 hours. I have 3 of the Fluval heaters, in various sizes. They shipped us the upgraded version that also heats! The suction cups are large, high quality and seem to stick great.

I use a 50 for a 5 gal and a 10 gal tank. I used to try those other cheap heaters sold on amazon. I will be ordering more of these in the future. Temperature is slightly off by running a little warmer. I adjusted the set temperature a little lower to be more in the range I wanted. Easy enough to let it run all the time. It comes with a hanging kit and can be secured on the edge of the tank.

Keeps the water consistent and it's easy to adjust! Takes a little while to drop the temps if it is hot in the garage. Sometimes you may have to tinker around with the dial. The temperature difference was very minor. This has been in my fish tank for a few months now and it's been absolutely perfect! Those turned out to be a hit and miss. Once I opened the box i noticed the quality of the construction.

My fish likes to get close to it and he has never been hurt by it. This has been in my fish tank for a few months now and it's been absolutely perfect! The heater protector was very heavy plastic and slim lined which is great. Also I like how it shows both the current temperature and the set temperature. It took me a few days slowly turning the dial up to finally get it where I wanted. Was very impressed with the quality of this heater. I will be ordering more of these in the future.

I have it set to 81F to get a 77F water temp. The temperature gauge is fairly accurate in my 55 gallon tank. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new unit in less than a week! If the blue light is flashing it means the heater is not fully submersible. There is a misconception on the internet that the heater isn't fully submersible. I'm not a big fan of the big glass tubes. At this time I highly recommend this product. At this time I highly recommend this product. Per my thermometers, they are all staying constant. I waited a little bit to write the review so it could be accurate. It does blend well in some setups and may look bulky in others. If the blue light is flashing it means the heater is not fully submersible. Awesome chiller, perfect for Hydroponics.

What more could you ask for great job Hygger Duncan. Very easy to install and the adjustable temperature gauge is pretty accurate. I got the 200W variant for my 54 gallon corner tank that's housing goldfish. Beware, but we are hoping for a good outcome! There is no protection from it banging on the glass tank. My marina heater takes a few hours. The heater protector was very heavy plastic and slim lined which is great.

The controller is easy to use, very accurate and reliable. I have only had minor problems with the suction cups. Personally for me the housing doesn't bother me. The setting always stayed the same. My fish likes to get close to it and he has never been hurt by it. The line is there due to regulations in certain countries. Per my thermometers, they are all staying constant.

So when I first received it it didn't work and I was very disappointed. Was very impressed with the quality of this heater. The red light means it's off, blue light means the temperature is constant. Temperature is slightly off by running a little warmer. I have 3 of the Fluval heaters, in various sizes. I wouldn't buy any other heater, unless one of these stops working. For Discus you need warm and accurate heater and this seems to do the trick.
