"Amazing customer service."Once attached to the tank wall I've had no issues with it coming off. But I am single and don't have to worry about this. The cover over the heating tubes is great, the turtles claws can't damage the tube. And kids love pushing all sorts of buttons. The line is there due to regulations in certain countries. We wish the controls were available in Farenheit also to make things a little easier. Those turned out to be a hit and miss.

"I bought the 7."I got the 200W variant for my 54 gallon corner tank that's housing goldfish. When i installed them, i let them sit in the tanks without power for 6-24 hours. This little heater is perfect; this is our third purchase of the same heater. So far I like it setup was super easy. They promptly fixed the issue without any delays or drama. I hope these suction cups work very well. The heater is easy; turn the dial to set temp and plug in.

"This heater works great."Takes a little while to drop the temps if it is hot in the garage. It comes with a hanging kit and can be secured on the edge of the tank. The line is there due to regulations in certain countries. I waited a little bit to write the review so it could be accurate. Once attached to the tank wall I've had no issues with it coming off. "Peace out."--The cylinder or rod diameter is bigger. This heater works, but the dial it isn't very accurate. I appreciate the exterior temp readout and control module. They shipped us the upgraded version that also heats! Come on Fluval, expect better from you. It took about an hour to reach 80f, which is fairly quick. 210 gallon ones and one 90 gallon bow front tank.

"Suction cups stick."This does a great job at regulating the temp in my 10 gallon. I'm in the process of setting up for tanks. Also were nice along the whole process. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new unit in less than a week! The temperature lights up so it's very easy to read. Personally for me the housing doesn't bother me. "I like this heater."Now, both points are clear on the package instructions. We received the chiller promptly and put it into use. Well I bought a second one took me only one trying to get the right temperature. The cover over the heating tubes is great, the turtles claws can't damage the tube. I use a 50 for a 5 gal and a 10 gal tank. My marina heater takes a few hours. I have a few of these and I use them in my 55 gallons tanks and a 29 gallon tank.

"Just bought a second one!"It does blend well in some setups and may look bulky in others. I have only had minor problems with the suction cups. I hope these suction cups work very well. The setting always stayed the same. So when I first received it it didn't work and I was very disappointed. The temperature gauge is fairly accurate in my 55 gallon tank. This heater is NOT fully submersible.

"Same suckers for years!"For Discus you need warm and accurate heater and this seems to do the trick. Now, both points are clear on the package instructions. I love the heater otherwise, but I'm afraid some water has gotten inside the heater. So far I like it setup was super easy. Come on Fluval, expect better from you. We would consider a replacement and then we would return the defective unit. I left seller feedback yesterday but have yet to hear from the seller.

"I would buy again."The heater protector was very heavy plastic and slim lined which is great. Per my thermometers, they are all staying constant. If the water runs low or air gets in the heater shuts off. This heater works, but the dial it isn't very accurate. My fish likes to get close to it and he has never been hurt by it. They shipped us the upgraded version that also heats! It does blend well in some setups and may look bulky in others.

"Will update in a month."So if you set it to 78 degrees, the heater will not kick on until it reads 76. It would stick out of my 30 g wide tank if I were to put it vertical. This is a great heater that is very easy to set up and program. I am very happy with this purchase. This is only day one though, so I shall keep an eye one it. Easy to read the temp and know exactly how warm the water is. I like to keep it at 72 and from my thermometer it is reading at exactly 72.

Those turned out to be a hit and miss. My marina heater takes a few hours. I was worried about the quality but I am thoroughly impressed with this heater! I'm not a big fan of the big glass tubes.

"Long heater."For Discus you need warm and accurate heater and this seems to do the trick. Was very impressed with the quality of this heater. Would be great to be able to tune that to. I had a thermometer on opposite side of tank and the heater was dead on true. It just cycles through to 93f and starts over. I went ahead and went with the the larger 300W for my 45 gallon. You don't have to worry about wide temperature swings with this unit.
