"Casper here."If you want a actual bait net it's twice the amount of money. I figured I would try these this summer. It works fine and should last another few years for the purpose I bought it. The fine mesh allows me to capture fry with incident too. I usually use small Shad so it works perfect. Remove the jar and shells to see just how big they will get. Most nets do not have sufficiently strong handles-- these DO.

"Good value."Glad Amazon was smart enough to carry this quality aquarium net. So far, very happy to have this tool in my aquarium toolkit! Took a while for it to be delivered but definitely doing the trick for the mini-pool. I bought one of these for each tank. I probably need one for each aquarium to prevent any type of transfer of problems. Very nice for smaller tanks or large tanks. So between feathers, bird seed and leaves this net has been wonderful!
