"So glad i got these!"

My 50+ eyes cannot read a regular tank thermometer without squinting. When I set up my newest tank I will be getting another one of these. I just wrote it off as a minor loss. I tested this in a cup crammed full of ice and some water. The plastic from the suction cup quickly turned from a clear to a milky white. If the digital display starts to get dim, it's time for a new battery. I have bought many many temperature gauges for my various fish tanks over the years.

The digital display is nice and small as well. It started working as soon as I put it in and has been working ever since. My 50+ eyes cannot read a regular tank thermometer without squinting. It is my opinion that everyone should have these that are in the Aquarium Hobby. The non-working ones still provide 2 batteries each AND. Sure enough the digital thermometer was way off by 6 degrees! I tested this in a cup crammed full of ice and some water.

Sure enough the digital thermometer was way off by 6 degrees! This thermometer is spot on accurate. I don't think they are backlit but for the price they are still nice. This thermometer is spot on accurate. I have kept aquariums for about 45 years. Excellent working for our bearded dragon tank. The digital display is nice and small as well.

These digital thermometers are great and there is no guesswork involved. This is my first 5 star review out of many many reviews on Amazon. I think the people who said the suction cup broke. I have this thermometer on all my tanks. You can not swivle the thermometer to face a certain way. Sure enough the digital thermometer was way off by 6 degrees! For something so cheap, they are working remarkably well.

82 PER THERMOMETER with battery included. I have kept aquariums for about 45 years. And for the price you cant beat it. You can not swivle the thermometer to face a certain way. Have checked them against the glass thermometers and the accuracy is right on. I needed a solution that was not breakable and these do the trick! Was going to get a floater until I saw this magnetic one!

The digital display itself is easy to read at a glance. I got root rot after light leaks and high water temps. So far, they're all doing their job in my four tanks and I am quite content. In the right situation this magnet thermometer is the best available. This company is taking the long term view of how to do business right. These digital thermometers are great and there is no guesswork involved. I did have a problem with one in my first pack of 6. I think the people who said the suction cup broke. Only thing I don't love is how long the cord is. It started working as soon as I put it in and has been working ever since.
