"Changed to 5-stars now."The suction cups work well anywhere I have placed it it has not Fallen. 82 PER THERMOMETER with battery included. So far I've been very thrilled with these. Sure enough the digital thermometer was way off by 6 degrees! The units each had a battery in place and situated for immediate use. So the extra units will always come in handy. So far, they're all doing their job in my four tanks and I am quite content.

"And I am glad I did."They are within a degree or two of other thermometers I've checked to compare them. It is about 6 inches in length and roughly an inch wide. One being a very expensive digital. My 50+ eyes cannot read a regular tank thermometer without squinting. Bought the two pack of thermometers. And for the price you cant beat it. Just BE CAREFUL WHEN ADJUSTING, IT IS GLASS AND WILL BREAK.

"Versatile."89 I could buy Six Thermometers with Six included batteries. I don't think i'll ever be able to trust a digital thermometer again. You dont HAVE to stick the display onto your tank. The suction cups work well anywhere I have placed it it has not Fallen. It worked great and I highly recommend it! And I just really started to doubt it. This thermometer is spot on accurate.

"7 reading."This doesn't bother me as it ws so cheap. In this scenario it would probably get knocked loose a lot. This temperature read a perfect 32 degrees. I got the second one as a bonus that I'm now using in my old tank. If the digital display starts to get dim, it's time for a new battery. I got root rot after light leaks and high water temps. So the extra units will always come in handy.

"Currently maintains a 76."Then is started to give a low reading, and it is not reading the correct temperature. Water tested with Autidefy brand for two hours. One of my aquariums is glass, and the other two are plastic. 6 in a pack, extra batteries, easy set up, great price. Personally I do not mind the way it looks in my aquarium. So this is the extreme end of the high temperature range. Now that the chickens are grown, I have one out in the coop as well.

"All you need."It is my opinion that everyone should have these that are in the Aquarium Hobby. I read some of the 1 star reviews and most of them are not about the product. My only complaint is that they tend to be a one time use. This company is taking the long term view of how to do business right. SIX Digital Thermometers with SIX batteries INCLUDED working so well. Far more accurate than the usual small glass ones or external LCD strips. I have this thermometer on all my tanks.

"Easy to setup in tank."So this is the extreme end of the high temperature range. It works equally well on all of them. The suction will never be the same. So far, they're all doing their job in my four tanks and I am quite content. Only thing I don't love is how long the cord is. He acted aggressively towards it and so I ultimate ended up removing it due to that. I was using one of those ubiquitous cheap digital thermometers on Amazon.

"Close enough I reckon!"89 I could buy Six Thermometers with Six included batteries. One extra battery came with each unit. I needed a solution that was not breakable and these do the trick! Checked with temp gun and the terrarium was on target at 88. I have always had trouble reading the color temp. I tested this in a cup crammed full of ice and some water. Then she followed up again on that, asking if they had arrived and were okay.

"2 deg of 32."One being a very expensive digital. I have to admit I had two reasons for buying six. My poor fish was in 86 degrees water for a month. As you can see from my photos, in both°F and°C, all six are within. This is my first 5 star review out of many many reviews on Amazon. I removed the batteries of the units I wasn't using right away. I was using one of those ubiquitous cheap digital thermometers on Amazon.

"Never had any problems."The plastic from the suction cup quickly turned from a clear to a milky white. I ordered a new one and it works GREAT! One of my aquariums is glass, and the other two are plastic. A bit large for anything smaller than 5 gallons, but that's to be expected. The suction cups work well anywhere I have placed it it has not Fallen. Ordered three of these and they do the job. However, Lucy at Zacro read this review and emailed me.

"2-degrees."I bought these for my dwc reservoirs. The units each had a battery in place and situated for immediate use. It is my opinion that everyone should have these that are in the Aquarium Hobby. SIX Digital Thermometers with SIX batteries INCLUDED working so well. One being a very expensive digital. We are using them to measure various temperatures inside and outside of a motorhome. It is large enough to see without being obtrusive. I use a small flashlight if I don't want to brighten the area. Far more accurate than the usual small glass ones or external LCD strips. So the extra units will always come in handy.

So this is the extreme end of the high temperature range. This thermometer is spot on accurate. Good cheap accurate aquarium thermometer. I used these on a number of my aquariums that have discus fish in them. I used these to raise chicks, and in my parrot cages.

Now if it falls into a sink full of water, it's not a problem. Place it on your aquarium and you are good to go.

I've checked it against two other thermometers that are accurate. My only complaint is that they tend to be a one time use. "Great deal."In the right situation this magnet thermometer is the best available. They reviewed the packaging or shipping by saying it arrived broken. 49 thermometer that is 100% accurate. This temperature read a perfect 32 degrees. So, in those cases, I find it easier to simply replace it. Love it, it's easy to read and keeps an accurate temp. I recommend gluing the suction cups in place where needed for long-term installation.
