"This was perfect."This one doesn't lose suction, and is easy to use. I have several divided tanks and I struggle to get the normal syphon in to clean. Once you get the tank water flowing out of the tubing. Hopefully my replacement works and I can change my review. I bought this one and I absolutely love it. Great product and would highly recommend! It works great and was fairly inexpensive compared to other similar products.

"The thing is huge, too."I liked the idea of this product when I saw it, and decided to take a chance. So much better than my smaller python. I washed mine with mild dish soap and the small was gone. "Get one it's great!"It eliminates spilled and dripping water on my carpet and floors. I have several divided tanks and I struggle to get the normal syphon in to clean. "Multiple uses."But all in all, I'm relieved and happy! I put the water from the from yard into a 58 qt bin first. Easy peasy and clean up is a breeze. I take that off to hit the fine crevices. The trigger can be pulled on and off and it shakes the gravel for you. Prolly also easier to use with larger hands. I let everything soak in water and washed with safe dish soap before using.

"Highly recommended."Now, the water change is a piece of cake. Best fish maintenance product I have purchased. The pump works very well too, two squeezes and it's siphoning. It's too small, just wash that baby out at the sink. It did however do a better job than the gravel vac i was using before. It quit working after the second use! I pushed the tip down into the substrate and pulled the ditritus out right away.

Instead, I would suck from the end of the tube until water came out. It does the same work, only better and in half the time. "I love it."They have plenty of suction to clean an inch or so off the ground. This little tool helped so much my bare bottom tank looks great again. Product arrived really quick and is packaged nicely. I wanted another one but amazon just wants me to return it. It kept coming off and made a mess on the floor. I have a 55 gallon turtle aquarium and this works awesome for it. This is definitely a better tool overall.
