"Great pump!"I regularly test for nitrate, nitrite, total hardness, alkalinity, pH. This had turned my tank from a black algae mess to Crystal clear. There are all sorts of things you can do and setup's you can apply these pump's too. Third pic was taken 15 days after the first pic, 5 days after the second. The COODIA UV filter is behind the big rose quartz on the left. The pump is quiet and energy efficeint. The water has cleared considerably, but it is still a tiny bit milky.

"Last one ran for 8 years."This UV sterilizer beat my expectations. If you have turtles and want to circulate the air around this is for you! UV lights do loose their effectiveness over time. If you have turtles and want to circulate the air around this is for you! Fit perfect on my eheim canister 2213. Very well-made product and fits on a filter I am using that is not from this company. I figured it must have been left over from manufacturing or it had broken in transit.

"Highly recommend!"It works, but you may want to get some type of adapter to address this. I did everything to combat it that I could. I turned to Amazon, and sure enough, it was there. I had to take it out of the tank and pull off the cover to see if the light was on. Replacing my 15 yr old aquarium hoses due to old one hardening. I can not say enough about this great product. I felt that was way to soon so I refused to purchase another from them.

"Oh, and one more thing."Actually its a no maintenance pump. They like lining up and swimming against it. Easy to use, but has no instructions, at least mine didn't. Company is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Great pump for CPR BakPak protein skimmer. I was skeptical because of the price, but this thing really is a game changer! I have the Eheim 3000 also and both pumps are well worth the money!

"Oh, and one more thing."Just a quick note about UV sterilizers in general. Adjusted flow output by half and my aquarium is now crystal clear. The clip with prongs to keep the tube in place also doesn't fit and stay in place. It replaced a Quiet1One 9000 pump which was nothing but trouble since I installed it. Smokes their DNA at the reproductive level making them sterile. The flow rate is great for my 20 gallon. I have a 29 gallon Oceanic Nanocube and have always had poor water circulation.

"Check it out below."Love it, I have used it here and there for filling up my tanks easier. After two more days of running, I turned it off because of the current. The Aquatop seem and the flow feels more powerful. If you're settling up any Eheim filter system, use the actual OEM green tubing. Great pump for CPR BakPak protein skimmer. UV lights do loose their effectiveness over time. I have high end pumps by Eheim and Danner for high flow applications.

"Highly recommend!"Absolutely love this product works amazing. Not having a free flow intake is what burns electric pump motors out. This causes it to rattle and stop turning altogether. It's been YEARS and no nasty looking tubing. So now we all understand; this thing is legit. My old Snapper needed to be cleaned and rebuilt after 6 years of constant use. This had turned my tank from a black algae mess to Crystal clear.

"Perfect fit."Not noisy, fine bubbles, fair price. It also couldn't be easier to install. Second pic was taken 10 days later. I came home to a bloom explosion and water that looked like kiwi sangria. My aquarium is free of algae and is so clear and pristine. The two combined solved my dirty water problem within a few hours! I removed the old pump from my Protein Skimmer and put this one in place.

"Awesome wavemaker!"It also couldn't be easier to install. Freesea filter saved my fish aquarium. Its pump apparentely was too small for the tank. My loft gets lots of sun, so algae is a constant battle in my 60 gallon. Doing the math, this system should be able to run for almost a year. It's been YEARS and no nasty looking tubing. "I could see."I felt that was way to soon so I refused to purchase another from them. I did everything to combat it that I could. Pretty much a no brainer there if they offer it. This is hooked up to work with my sponge filter in my 20High. UV lights do loose their effectiveness over time. It's not very loud, but not silent either. This new whisper quiet Eheim 1000 pump has solved all my water quality problems.

"Good reliable product."Plugged it in and all was right with this piece of my world. It's totally silent, runs very cool, and is reliable so far. Fit my Eheim Double Tap Quick Release perfectly. I have high end pumps by Eheim and Danner for high flow applications. It's not very loud, but not silent either. General and super ich cures seemed to only kill my wallet and change water color. The flow rate is great for my 20 gallon.

"Light indicator well."It would be best to replace the build in half that time. Tubing worked out great with use on my Fluval 206. It's been YEARS and no nasty looking tubing. Only other issue I have is how stiff the tubing is. The best price by far from anything i could find online. I had to harness the power of the Sun and dunk it into my tank but it worked. Lamp is impossible to see during the day.
