The chloramines contain a small amount of ammonia. This water conditioner is a life saver! I have two goldfish and a Corydoras catfish. You have to understand when to use this product, and what is is used for. 4-5 squirts in a sink of water, soak my suit 10 min, wring out and hang to dry. This allows the conditioner time for its anti-heavy metal ingredients to work fully. Now our fish have grown and we've added live plants.

Boy, I thought I was having trouble with my filter. Thanks to the Amazon reviewer who mentioned this! Don't know if that made a difference but it didn't hurt. Fish possess an antioxidant defense system to reduce the negative effects of ROS. Dunkin, my Betta doesn't seem to stress out over my adding this. More doesn't hurt anything, but it's just wasted. I've used API water conditioner before and it works well.

You need a source of ammonia to feed the bacteria which Dr. More doesn't hurt anything, but it's just wasted. I read the instructions, measured out the product, and added it to the tank. Just an idea incase someone doesn't have a spare dropper. It gets rid of the chlorine in tap water. If you have a freshwater fish tank, I highly recommend this product. Dunkin, my Betta doesn't seem to stress out over my adding this.

The live plants even looked like I just bought them. I like that it's a large bottle with multiple uses, so that's nice. She seems ok with it she is behaving like herself. This is my absolute favorite conditioner I have used for all my aquatic creatures. My tap water is very heavy and this water conditioner does it's magic. I did water changes, but it didn't help. From their own colon or a hole in the ground.

Fish are aerobic organisms that are susceptible to ROS. My water is crystal clear like the first day i filled it and i could be happier. Sure enough they are back to their healthy coloration and didn't end up dying on me. This is my go to water conditioner and stressed fish treatment. Use a heater and crank it to 82 degrees again without fish in the tank. It's water change day so I did this step first then started cleaning the tank. I have two 36 gallon tanks right now.

The equation is already done for you if you buy Dr. I love all of the API products, especially their easy to use test kits. The water we get here in SoCal is hard with chlorine in it. Makes me want to get more aquarium's, lol. I hope it makes the swimsuit last longer. I do have the aforementioned uv light working on it. This will give you how many drops is required per gallon. 2nd day kinda noticed a slight change in water. I've using this for my betta for several years with every water change. It gets rid of the chlorine in tap water.
