"Looks great!"It sits inside of styrofoam and is double boxed and wrapped once with bubble wrap. I bought two of these tanks and the quality of them in just amazing. Put in small fish at 1 inch per gallon. Nothing to complain about with this tank at all. My sponge, duster worms, snails and crabs, porcelain and emerald are doing well. We had a new home built this year, and just moved in. Still waiting for the silicone to cure.

"The clarity of this 7."Mine's sitting on the carpet, and it's completely silent that way. The Evo has the same capacity but seems like a much bigger tank than the Portrait. The aquarium came very well packaged and undamaged. I put in some white stones and it looks amazing. I didn't wipe this tank down after unboxing it, those aren't scratches etc. It started to malfunction immediately upon being plugged in. My only comment is that Amazon should label their box fragile.

"I inspected all seams."I plan on plenty invertebrates and softies only so I may never need to upgrade. Given the price I paid, I am hoping it will continue to hold water! I set this up just like I would have a big salt tank. You must buy a special one they produce for marine tanks. The BioOrb does an amazing job keeping the tank clean and fresh. Maybe a larger BiOrb for the future when I want more fish again. They look the same as the ADA ones which cost a fair amount more.

I rely very heavily on Amazon reviews for my online shopping, so here is mine. Most important though is the lighting issue. I didn't wipe this tank down after unboxing it, those aren't scratches etc. I could not put water in it as shipped because the return pump was compromised. You can see the pic and decide what's right for your needs.

"Easy to assemble."If you upgrade your filter situation this BiOrb is really neat. Double the amount of ceramic media they give you. The longest delay was my downloading invoice. I've got two of these tanks, one at home and one at work. Medium on the bottom, coarse on top. My ammonia is undetectable including the N2 and N3. You must buy a special one they produce for marine tanks.

"Stand is great."I added some privacy film to help hide the cords and the hang-on-back filter. Mine loves lounging and swimming through ours. Both my fish are doing well with this setup. We had a new home built this year, and just moved in. I plan on plenty invertebrates and softies only so I may never need to upgrade. My biggest gripes about it are the lack of room in the back. I have this aquarium for now a couple of weeks.

Not a fan of the filtration sponge. You can't even see the pushed in spots. I would like a heater, but it costs more than the tank. I didn't even add the skimmer, and it has be perfect.

It will help establish your good bacteria, and get the nitrogen cycle started. Unboxing the inner package, with the tank itself was not difficult. Secondly, the up close picture of the logo and silicon work is VERY close. Mine loves lounging and swimming through ours.

"The Fluval 13."You must buy a special one they produce for marine tanks. I find them very easy to keep clean. An Eco Bio block is a good idea to. A little piece of foam in the bubble tube keeps gravel out while putting it in. I grabbed the Sungrow Aquarium Gravel Cleaner Kit. Seriously, it doesn't even cover the filter, and it looks pretty bad. It is bit expensive, but I don't think I will ever need to buy another tank again.

"Don't overfeed!"It will help establish your good bacteria, and get the nitrogen cycle started. Maybe a larger BiOrb for the future when I want more fish again. They are affordable and beautiful and well made. That will make it easier to maintain the water temp and find a heater. But even so, the tank is beautiful! Use seachem prime and stability with every water change and as needed by directions. I find them very easy to keep clean.
