"It's beautiful."Mine loves lounging and swimming through ours. All in all it is packaged very well. Mine's sitting on the carpet, and it's completely silent that way. Mostly I just love looking at this tank. I will definitely be purchasing a Landen tank for all future purchases. Also there is more floor space to spread out the live rock and create a cool scape. I would like a heater, but it costs more than the tank.

"This tank is super small."I had a coworker who also likes fish helping me and we had it together in 15 minutes. I added a small circulation pump to get better water movement. The longest delay was my downloading invoice. To me I think it is worth it to have such a good tank. Both my fish are doing well with this setup. Highly recommend this for beginners. I plan on plenty invertebrates and softies only so I may never need to upgrade.

"5 years in to ownership."Please note that the tank is 100% clear. I will most definitely be sticking with Landen for future aquarium purchases. The multi colored LED lights cost more than the tank itself too. The instructions are maybe two pages. I didn't even add the skimmer, and it has be perfect. "This tank is super small."An Eco Bio block is a good idea to. My tanks cycled quickly, and I've had no problems with ammonia. Mine loves lounging and swimming through ours. I do enjoy how modern it looks with no rims. My biggest gripes about it are the lack of room in the back. My ammonia is undetectable including the N2 and N3. I had a coworker who also likes fish helping me and we had it together in 15 minutes.

"Very well made."Mostly I just love looking at this tank. Keep up with water changes and testing and it'll be smooth sailing. I rely very heavily on Amazon reviews for my online shopping, so here is mine. We had a new home built this year, and just moved in. I do 1 drop per two gallons 3x a week for first few months. I used a binder clip to clamp the tube down and decrease the air entering the tank. Both my fish are doing well with this setup.

"Tank arrived intact."At least 30%, more if testing indicates a problem or if water is looking bad. The Evo has the same capacity but seems like a much bigger tank than the Portrait. I purchased one of the biOtube plant sets also. My sponge, duster worms, snails and crabs, porcelain and emerald are doing well. I would like a heater, but it costs more than the tank. I don't have plants in mine in the usual sense. The standard filter doesn't work with a SALTWATER aquarium.

"This was perfect!"Beautiful tank, had a local glass co. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase. It contains 8 styrofoam corner protectors on the tank. I've got two of these tanks, one at home and one at work. Given the price I paid, I am hoping it will continue to hold water! I immediately noticed that the glass moves slightly in the corners when pressed on. They are affordable and beautiful and well made.

"Is like a decor piece."Final gripe and its not a big deal is that there isn't a lid over the feeding hole. Looks very similar to more expensive tanks for much less. I have a lot of freshwater tanks, but this is my 1st attempt at saltwater. I recommend buying the biOtube polish to! Just like the aquariums I saw in the aquascaping videos I watched on YouTube. I've built a fresh nano planted tank using this. Should survive the shipping process just fine!

"Attached some photos."A little piece of foam in the bubble tube keeps gravel out while putting it in. The Landen box is labeled fragile and inside an Amazon box. Should survive the shipping process just fine! I started the cycling process and it's holding water so far! It sits inside of styrofoam and is double boxed and wrapped once with bubble wrap. I added some privacy film to help hide the cords and the hang-on-back filter. I used an Aquatop Np302 and the tubing from the Portrait as my return pump.

The stock pump is high quality but opted to use it in the tank to circulate water. Highly recommend this for beginners. Both my fish are doing well with this setup. I didn't notice the dust on the glass until I reviewed the zoomed in pictures.

I wanted to wait a little before reviewing so I could give a good and honest review. A little piece of foam in the bubble tube keeps gravel out while putting it in. I would like a heater, but it costs more than the tank. And my Midas Blenny and Cleaner shrimp are doing so well in it.
