"Amazon wins again."Overall, these are easy to use filters& seem to do a good job. The little fish is super cute in my humidifier. This is the only choice I know of for filters that will fit. We like to name our new fish every month. We use it when we clean& change out water. Don't claim to be an expert, but I've never heard of that. Another plus has been that it is scratching an itch we had for getting real fish.

"No issues whatsoever."They surely don't last in tank very long. I must've measured correctly because it fits great! The filters are expensive to replace and only so-so quality. When they disinfect a repair site, they are normally only using chlorine. The ridges interfere with moving the hose around in the tank. If you have a freshwater fish tank, I highly recommend this product. Easy to use and a great price here at Amazon!

"Or left a mark."Will be ordering multiple of them for my needs. API Stress Coat is a phenomenal product. Now our fish have grown and we've added live plants. I used to use AmQuel years ago and then spent years out of the aquarium hobby. The tap water was coming out around 836ppm. In terms of taking water out, it's great. In my opinion there's nothing better.

"I LOVE these little fish."The tap water was coming out around 836ppm. I'm glad Amazon had these small cartridges. This is the only choice I know of for filters that will fit. I haven't tried looking for alternative brands. Fish are aerobic organisms that are susceptible to ROS. I have already repurchased and given a few to other people as well. I had a parasite problem, and had to heal my fishes scales and fins.

"A Very quiet pump!"In the last two months I have seen this product work its gold. Fish possess an antioxidant defense system to reduce the negative effects of ROS. In terms of taking water out, it's great. I just change them when they get clogged. Lastly, the hand pump primes very quickly and the water flow is wonderful. I've been using these filters in my aquarium for years. It is much safer to simply to add 3 drops per gallon.

"Poor thing."I have done this a several times with great results. The picture shows an aqua color and mine is orange. Sure enough they are back to their healthy coloration and didn't end up dying on me. So they fit in my Tetra filter for the fish tank. I used one gallon of reverse osmosis and the rest tap. If it it quickly slip on then it wouldn't be as secure and tight as it needs to be. They tend to hang up on the edge of the tank.

If you're serious about fish keeping, always quarantine and always use Stress Coat! I even poured in extra to help with the healing. Frequently changing the filter messes with the aquarium nitrogen cycle. But intjink it has alot more to do with the pump rather than the tube. I highly recommend the product and seller without hesitation.

"Great price as well!"I really do need 1 that flows on its own. If you have a freshwater fish tank, I highly recommend this product. I've used it for years with great results. I must've measured correctly because it fits great! Got here on time, perfect packaging, rinsed easy and fit in my filters perfectly! I am able to use each cartridge for about 5 weeks, before it needs to be replaced. Be sure to unplug the filter before you do the change.
