The fit, the look.
The hood fits perfectly on my 55 gallon tank which has a divider in the middle. 2 packages of 2 stick on handles for the lids were included. I'm hopeful that I can trim the glass down with some emery cloth. I immediately went to putting it together, which sounds easier that it really is. Hoods work great and light is bright. Lights are bright and makes my tank look really neat. It doesn't have a recessed area to help avoid movement.

Naturally fit perfectly.
The knockouts aren't to difficult, I used needle nose pliers and snapped really easy. The hooks for the back were an added bonus. I'm hopeful that I can trim the glass down with some emery cloth. I like that there's a double opening and that the pop outs are easy to remove. You also have a second extender to make it bigger for bigger tanks. Def a good purchase if you are looking for a affordable 55 gallon glass lid. The hood fits perfectly on my 55 gallon tank which has a divider in the middle.
