Then I went ahead and bought a huge pack of them. Fish possess an antioxidant defense system to reduce the negative effects of ROS. I bought this airline tubing to work with my air pump. The filters are expensive to replace and only so-so quality. I had a parasite problem, and had to heal my fishes scales and fins. The auction begins with just a few squeezes even my young nephew could do it. So, lots of snipping and fitting on various stems.

If you're treating injured fins or introducing new fish, this is for you. I've been using these filters in my aquarium for years. Water stays nice and clear, minus the odd algae bloom. I even poured in extra to help with the healing. It DOES fit, you just have to spend a few minutes getting it on. Great price for filters that are ready to go, with no assembly required. I am able to use each cartridge for about 5 weeks, before it needs to be replaced.
