You can't beat that price anywhere else and trust me I have looked everywhere. The flakes absorb the moisture in the air, cake up, and clog the feeder. For those that own fish you know how expensive it can be. I will purchase again in the far future, since I now have over two pounds. That way, you don't expose the flakes to humidity or spills. Don't pinch the flakes with your hand. The food is very nutritious and fish food isn't just fish food. I have been using TetraMin Tropical Flakes to feed guppies for over a dozen years. I've been buying TetraMin fish food as long as I can remember. For whatever reason, my fish have never been much attracted to pellet food. If you have a lot of fish, it works well. Its a myth that petstore gold fish die after the first weekend.
