AquaClear A16040 First Impressions
Overall fairly easy.
If you have several aquariums, use separate UPS backups. Better than branded media filters cartridges. The filters fit fine and I was happy to see that some carbon packs were included. The injection molding for the plastics leave a lot to be desired. The other tank is an old AIO retro tank I have with a media rack in it. It's a pain in the butt to put together the directions don’t do it that well. The best part about these in my opinion, is the price.

AquaClear A16040 Final Thoughts
Works like a charm.
I bought these to put over the inlet to the filters in my aquariums. You may notice this brand is lower cost than some others. I purchased this bulk filter media for a Fluval 207 canister filter. The Tetra Medium bio-bag slip easily on an original Top Fin plastic holder. The UG is certainly no exception to that. They do feel a little thin but we'll see how they hold up over time. You will also need to replace their rechargeable batteries about every 2 years or so.
