The afternoon I received this product I added half a dose to each aquarium. The live plants even looked like I just bought them. Use a water conditioner that does not remove ammonia. This will give you how many drops is required per gallon. This is my go to water conditioner and stressed fish treatment. During cycling you will be using often. My filter including polishing element could not clear it up.
