Landen First Impressions

Excellent buy!

It is awesome for a very small amount of water. It started to malfunction immediately upon being plugged in. At least 30%, more if testing indicates a problem or if water is looking bad. I bought an additional 2 Lb Bag Ceramic Media, and that does the trick. My tanks cycled quickly, and I've had no problems with ammonia. You can't even see the pushed in spots. I used a binder clip to clamp the tube down and decrease the air entering the tank.

It's gorgeous.

Also very important for filtration. I put it opposite the return pump and it creates awesome flow. I spoke to a gentleman in customer service named Julio this afternoon. I really like the ceramic media as it provides a great home for the'good' bacteria. My only comment is that Amazon should label their box fragile. Final gripe and its not a big deal is that there isn't a lid over the feeding hole. I purchased one of the biOtube plant sets also.
