Pettex 2008 First Impressions
It's just what I wanted.
This was the cheapest DIY project with a big wow factor. It has lovely colors and I will be using ONLY this gravel in the future. The color looks beautiful and natural in the tank. Obviously required a lot of rinsing. I'm accenting with multicolored glass rocks to accent. They are rocks, what more do you need. Really just rinsed a little and ready to go.

Pettex 2008 Final Thoughts
It's just what I wanted.
This is not the colored synthetic aquarium medium. If you have to bury tank decor that doesn't have suction cups then you need more. Secondly the gravels colour looks enhanced under a bright led light. The gravel size is exactly as described in the product description- 2 to 4mm. If you have to bury tank decor that doesn't have suction cups then you need more. This is the real deal mother earth approx. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and would suggest this product to others.
