The glowing effect is what I wanted. Looks incredible under my black lights in my 5 gallon tank. They're perfect add ins to my marine aquarium. Made a huge difference in my saltwater tank! Shipped individually in bubble wrap and own box. Ok so I'm sure I will have to do an update after a few months. I was pleasantly surprised that the colors are better than actually pictures.
